Information you choose to share
Contact inquiries can include your name, email address, message, selected interests, and any optional details you provide. Energy report requests can include your device selections, energy assumptions, and email address. Share only the information needed for your inquiry.
Contact and energy reports
The contact form sends your inquiry through the website to Hygge’s inbox. When you send an inquiry, Hygge Power Inc. uses it to understand your request and respond. Downloading a Power Plan PDF sends your plan inputs and email to the website to generate the file. When persistent report storage is configured, Hygge Power Inc. keeps your report, inputs, optional contact details and contact choice. Requesting a report by email uses your email address to deliver it. Downloading does not subscribe you to marketing or authorize partner sharing. We record a consultation request only when you select the separate contact option and the form confirms it was saved or sent. Your project report and contact details are emailed to Hygge when you request a consultation and email delivery is available.
Power Plan drafts and property analysis
Your draft can be saved on your device so you can return to it. When server storage is available, a browser session cookie links you to your saved plans and reports. If you provide an address and agree to property analysis, Google processes it to assess the property; NLR’s PVWatts receives a ZIP or coordinates and system assumptions to model solar production. A property view you confirm may be included in the project report you request, with provider attribution. Raw roof imagery is not stored in draft records.
Service providers and embedded content
Website hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the site and deliver messages. Playing embedded video connects to YouTube. Those providers may process connection and usage information under their own privacy terms.
Website measurement
When analytics is enabled, the website can measure actions such as opening a planner, changing steps, and starting an inquiry. The site’s event tracking limits the details it sends and does not include the text of your inquiry or your email address in those events. Analytics and hosting services may also process technical information about your visit.
